Mytrunnion-1 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center

Compact 5-Axis Machining!  Kitamura's Mytrunnion-1 offers the flexibility of simultaneous 5-axis machining for ultra high precision and ultra high speed machining performance along with the added power needed for high torque cutting capability.

The Mytrunnion-1 incorporates an X, Y & Z axis, an additional tilting A-axis -110 to +30 deg. and a rotary C-axis (360 deg.) with a 0.001 deg. minimum indexing command.  Fine finish machining of complicated parts is done in one operation with +/-0.000079" positioning accuracy and +/-0.00004" repeatability.

The maximum workpiece size of 13.8" dia. x 8.3" allows for incredible flexibility and versatility in the machining of small to medium size precision parts.  Ideally productive for medical, telecommunication and semi-conductor machining.  

The overall Trunnion design allows for maximum stiffness and flexibility with the ability to position the workpiece closer to the spindle.





OPTIONAL AUTOMATIC WORK CHANGE DEVICE (20 APC)



The optional Automatic Work Change Device (20 Pallets) is an available option on the Mytrunnion-1 for running long hours of unmanned operation in the machining of both highly mixed or high volume production parts.

productivity for a machine of it's size, the Mycenter-HX250iF comes standard with a 2-station automatic pallet changer, offering lightning quick 1.8 second pallet change rotation along with the freedom of a standard full 4th axis rotary table for multi-part tombstone fixturing.

  
Designed for maximum accuracy, the Mycenter-HX250iF is unique because it is the only 30 taper machine available that offers a standard 15,000rpm spindle with fine finish capability and Duel Contact spindle design.  The Duel Contact design works in tandem with the high speed spindle providing greater machining rigidity, improved surface finish, higher cutting accuracy and extended cutting tool life.
