Mytrunnion-1 5-Axis Vertical Machining Center
Compact 5-Axis Machining! Kitamura's Mytrunnion-1 offers the flexibility of simultaneous 5-axis machining for ultra high precision and ultra high speed machining performance along with the added power needed for high torque cutting capability.
The Mytrunnion-1 incorporates an X, Y & Z axis, an additional tilting A-axis -110 to +30 deg. and a rotary C-axis (360 deg.) with a 0.001 deg. minimum indexing command. Fine finish machining of complicated parts is done in one operation with +/-0.000079" positioning accuracy and +/-0.00004" repeatability.
The maximum workpiece size of 13.8" dia. x 8.3" allows for incredible flexibility and versatility in the machining of small to medium size precision parts. Ideally productive for medical, telecommunication and semi-conductor machining.
The overall Trunnion design allows for maximum stiffness and flexibility with the ability to position the workpiece closer to the spindle. The Mytrunnion-1 is the next generation Machining Center combining machining, grinding and turning processes in a single set-up.
OPTIONAL AUTOMATIC WORK CHANGE DEVICE (20 APC)
The optional Automatic Work Change Device (20 Pallets) is an available option on the Mytrunnion-1 for running long hours of unmanned operation in the machining of both highly mixed or high volume production parts.
Mycenter-HX300iF Horizontal Machining Center
Kitamura's Mycenter-HX300iF Horizontal Machining Center offers a uniquely large work envelope for a machine of its size. This compact Horizontal Machining Center ofers a uniquely large work envelope for a machine of its size. This machine is truly a 400mm size machine within a 300mm machine footprint.
A compact table size of 12" x 12" reduces spindle interference usually associated with larger table sizes, allowing close contact with the work piece for maximum accuracy and rigidity. X, Y & Z axis stroke of 20.1" x 20.1" x 19.3" allows for machining of a max. work piece size (diameter) of 19.6" and 29.1" (height). Space saving and economical, the Mycenter-HX300iF is the right Horizontal machine for precision high metal removal rate machining!
