Mytrunnion-5 Vertical 5-Axis Machining Center

The Mytrunnion-5 is a simultaneously controlled 5-axis machine with an X, Y, & Z axis, and additional tilting A-Axis (150 deg./-120 to 30 deg.) and a rotary C-Axis (360 deg.) with a 0.001 deg. minimum indexing command. Machining of high precision, complicated parts is completed in one operation, reducing the overall machining process. The max work piece size of Ø24.8” x 19.7” and max loading capacity of 880Lbs allow for incredible flexibility and versatility in machining.
A factory installed 2-station automatic pallet changer is an available option for increased spindle utilization

Mycenter-HX400iF Horizontal Machining Center
This Machining Center’s powerful 4-step geared spindle delivers high torque and high-speed for maximum machining flexibility, making it ideal for simultaneous 4-axis machining of medium size parts that require deep cuts on tough materials and exceptional fine finishing capabilities. With a maximum work piece size of Ø25.6” x 37.8” and a table load capacity of 880 lbs, it also offers the size, rigidity, construction and accuracy necessary for both multi-part tombstone fixturing and complex multi-angle medium to large part machining.
Up to 21 pallets and 300 tools can be added in field for additional flexibility. |
